Susan L. Snapper, age 64, of Colton, died September 11, 2018, at her residence.
Memorial services will be 10:30 AM October 8th, 2018 at First Lutheran Church, 405 E. 3rd St., Colton, SD 57018 with burial at the Minnehaha Cemetery in Colton. Visitation will be one hour before the service.
Susan was born on March 9th, 1954 in San Francisco, CA, to Paul L. Johnson, Sr. and Ruby I. Johnson. She moved to South Dakota in 1956 with her mother and siblings upon the death of her father. Her hobbies included reading, coloring, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Survivors include her daughter Jessica (Paul) Heiberger of Bridgewater, SD, son Nathan Snapper of Sioux Falls, SD; and siblings: Paul L. Johnson, Jr., of San Francisco, CA, Thomas A. (Sherry) Johnson of Sioux Falls, SD, Timothy D. (Joyce) Johnson of Cedar Rapids, IA, and Sharon L. Senst of Rochester, MN. She also had four grandchildren; Katlyn Heiberger, Emily Heiberger, Abby Heiberger, and Riley Heiberger.
Susan was preceded in death by parents, Paul and Ruby Johnson (Berven), stepfather, Ray Berven, and son, Jameson Snapper.
