Pamela Ann Ahrendt

Pamela Ahrendt, 71, of Trent, SD passed away peacefully Saturday, August 7, 2021 after a courageous battle with cancer.

Pam was born October 14, 1949 in Sioux Falls to Betty (Carlson) and Bob Rasmussen where she was raised and received her education, graduating from Lincoln High School in 1967.

Despite all her physical impairments, Pam always had a positive attitude. She was the first one to laugh at life’s struggles. Pam was very well known for her blue jean quilts, as she lovingly made many for family and friends. She loved four wheeling with her husband, Dan and beloved black lab, Ace.

Pam is survived by her husband of 38 years, Danny Ahrendt; daughter, Jennifer Ahrendt; son, David Ahrendt; grandchildren, Taylor Shellum and Paige Ahrendt; brother-in-law, Steve Ahrendt; sister-in-law, Toni Bullerman; sister, Pat (Shorty) Steffensen; brother, Robb (Diane) Rasmussen and many other relatives and friends.

Pam and her family have requested a private service. They have appreciated everyone respecting their privacy throughout these difficult times.
