Norma J. Friedel

Norma J. Friedel, 95, of Sioux Falls, South Dakota passed away April 7th, 2019 with her daughter Jane by her side. She was born in Knoxville, Iowa on February 9th, 1924. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
She enjoyed doing counted cross stitch, gardening, and watching her favorite basketball team, the Celtics. She and her husband Larry founded the HyVee breakfast club and enjoyed their lively conversations while attempting to solve "world" issues.
She was survived by her children Michael (Linda) Friedel, Susan (Jeffrey) Leonard, Craig (Pam) Friedel, Jane (Curt) Hansen, and 7 grandchildren Matthew Friedel, Patrick Friedel, Julie Leonard, Jesse Leonard, Christoper Friedel, Sarah Friedel, and Brody Hansen.
Preceding her in death was her husband Lawrence of 60 years.
