Beulah Mae Parkinson

Beulah Mae Parkinson, age 96, of Brandon, passed away on Thursday, March 17, 2022, at Bethany Home in Brandon.
A graveside service will take place on Sunday, March 20, 2022, at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Sioux Falls, SD with Rev. Greg Johnson officiating.
A reception will follow at the Beaver Valley Lutheran Church, located at 26214 484th Ave, Valley Springs, SD 57068.
Beulah Mae Parkinson was born September 24, 1925 in Missouri to John and Sally (Utterback) Miller. She attended Flandreau Public school and graduated 8 th grade.
Beulah moved to Sioux Falls working as a domestic assistant until marrying Marvin E. Parkinson on March 27, 1953. Bea was a devoted mother and wife. Bea’s calling in life was her family and all who came into her life who needed help, a compassionate ear and her wise counseling. Beulah lived to serve.
Beulah was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister Mary Varvera, brother Bill Miller, & daughter Sylvia. Beulah is survived by her children Helen (Wayne) Paulson of Sinai, SD, Kate (Terry) Brick of Brandon, SD and Marvin Parkinson of Madison, SD, three grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and one great great grandson, and many nieces and nephews.
