Erin Marie Nemmers

Erin Marie Nemmers passed away Saturday, November 4th, 2017 at the age of 29. Erin was born in Virginia Beach, VA and attended Indian River High School in Chesapeake, VA. She graduated from Northridge High School in Tuscaloosa, AL. She studied at the University of Montevallo and Jefferson State Community College in Alabama where she completed the first half of required studies for Licensed Practical Nurse. She then worked as a caregiver for Always There In-Home Care. She also worked at various restaurants as a server, manager, and cashier. She lived in Chesapeake, VA, Tuscaloosa, AL, Chelsea, AL, Birmingham, AL and most recently Cincinnati, OH. Erin is survived by her Mother, Dawn Hood in Cincinnati, OH. Father, Marty Nemmers (Angel) of Sterrett, AL. Sisters, Leigh Nemmers and Erika Warden of Cincinnati, OH. Brother, Riley Walker of Auburn, AL. Grandma Sharron Hood of Cove City, NC. Erin is preceded in death by grandparents, Fern and John Nemmers of Dell Rapids, SD, and Daniel Hood of Cove City, NC.
Erin loved everything to do with the beach. She loved fishing, camping and being outdoors. She was full of life, had a very quick wit and always stood up for her family and friends. She was an avid Alabama fan and loved to attend the Spring football scrimmage, A-Day, in Tuscaloosa, AL.
Visitation will be on Thursday, November 9, 2017 from 12:00pm to 1:00pm followed by a Funeral service from 1:00pm to 1:30pm at W.E. Lusain Funeral Home, 3257 Erie Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45208.
