Alice M. Wrage, 81 of Colton died Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at Avera McKennan Hospital.

Memorial services will begin at 10:30 AM Monday, December 7, 2015 at the United Methodist Church, Colton. Visitation with the family present will be from 3-5:00 PM Sunday at the Minnehaha Funeral Home, Colton.

Alice was born January 10, 1934 to parents Lewis and Elizabeth (Kuyper) Colledge at Garretson. She grew up in Colton and graduated from Colton High School in 1952. Alice married James O. Wrage August 25, 1952.

Grateful and blessed for having shared her life are her husband, James, Colton; six children, Cindy (Kent) Johnson, Baltic; Connie Jones, Eagan, MN; Candi (Ed) Warren, Boise, ID; Gaye Haugen, Colton; John (Nikki) Wrage, Marion; Adam (Nancy) Wrage, Gwinner, ND; thirteen grandchildren, Kerri, Kelsi, Wyatt, Brandon, Summer, Tory, Alicia, Sam, Kayla, Jessi, Jackie, Walter, Kami; fourteen great grandchildren; Nicole, Sidney, Cael, Jagger, Ava, Liliana, Ryker, Garrick, Carter, Harlee, McKenzie, Alyza, Carissa, Daniel: and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Leroy and Marvin.

Alice was a lifelong resident of Colton and member of the United Methodist Church. She used her abilities to serve God and her community in many ways.

Her life blood was Jim and the family they created together. (Psalms 127 verses 3-128) She enjoyed her travels with her family and friends throughout the United States on motorcycle and by motorhome.

Gratefulness for faith, family, and friends was a priority in her life. Those close to her know she dealt with life through laughter.
