Jeffrey Hogan, 51, of Sioux Falls passed away Sunday, September 23, 2012.
Memorial services will begin at 1:00 PM Friday, September 28, 2012 at Minnehaha Funeral Home Chapel in Dell Rapids. Inurnment will be in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery in Dell Rapids.
Visitation will begin at 3:00 PM with the family present from 5:00 to 7:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
Jeffrey W. Hogan was born March 14, 1961 to Alfred (Hogie) Martha (Mickie) Hogan in Dell Rapids, SD. Jeff attended St. Mary School, graduating in 1979. That year he joined the Army National Guard and was stationed at Ft. Sill, OK.
Jeff was a concrete finisher for Beck and Hofer Construction. Due to failing health, he then worked for IRET Properties in the maintenance department.
Left to cherish his memory are his life partner, JoAnn Quigley, Sioux Falls; siblings, Gerald (Jane) Hogan, Mardelle (Jim) Berg, Marilyn Hogan (Curt Groen), all of Dell Rapids and Monica Zylstra, Phoenix, AZ; JoAnn’s sister, Glenda (Mike) Hernandez, St. Paul, MN and brother-in-law, Paul Wyatt, Sr., Sioux Falls; nieces and nephews, Chris Hogan, Bryon Berg, Darren Berg, Paul Wyatt, Nathan and Mario Hernandez, Suzanne Long, Jennifer Hogan, Sarah Skinner, Mariana Costa Dos Reis and Sara Svec; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Jeff was preceded in death by his parents and nephew, Casey Zylstra.
